We are pleased to announce that on 3rd August 2006 Stena RoRo took delivery of the first RoPax in a series of two built at Fosen Mekaniske Verksteder in Norway.

The vessel will be trading for Stena Line BV between Hoek van Holland and Killingholme. She will be named Stena Trader and the naming ceremony will take place in Hoek van Holland by Stena Line 5th September 2006, the Dutch Minister of Transport, Mrs K. Peijs will be the vessel’s godmother.

The vessel’s cargo capacity is 3,100 lane meters and she will carry 300 passengers.
